Product is exactly as described, highly effective would recommend . Yes, it starts working right away, but for best effects, one should exercise regularly and go for a morning stroll. And drink at least 2-3 glasses of hot water in the morning. Constipation will be greatly eased by it, and a change in lifestyle will undoubtedly be beneficial.
